Senior Vice President, Network Performance

Beth Martinez, BSN RN CCM, is Senior Vice President of Clinical Operations of Catalyst Health Network.

Martinez is a veteran with more than 30 years of experience in the health care industry. After earning her bachelor’s degree of science in nursing from the University of Central Florida, she has focused her career across the care continuum. She obtained her CCM certification and is also a licensed health coach.

In 2015, she joined Catalyst Health Network as Vice President of Medical Management. She was responsible for the leadership, oversight, development, implementation and evaluation of the Care Management services incorporated into the Clinically Integrated Network. She led the network in obtaining its CIN accreditation in 2017.

Since her early days working in the physician office, she understands the value that the primary care physician has in healthcare. In 2010, as the Director of Engagement and Clinical Outcomes at Viverae Inc., she successfully designed and implemented an integrated Chronic Condition Management program within a wellness program. She also served as a Senior Nurse Manager for AmerisourceBergen.

Today, Martinez is considered a nationally acclaimed expert in the field of CCM, having assisted in the preparation and implementation of multiple programs during her career.
