URAC’s full accreditation in Clinical Integration was earned December 2017. This accreditation serves as evidence of our commitment to making a difference in patients’ lives by providing a path to reduced cost, improved experience and outcomes while building trust throughout our network.
CATALYST HEALTH NETWORK IS A TEXAS NONPROFIT
Catalyst Health Network received certification by the Texas Medical Board as a nonprofit health corporation. StratiFi Health, a population health and physician practice services organization, provides the management services to operate Catalyst Health Network.
