What happens when I apply to a position?

 Great question! Here is what you can expect after you have applied for a position:

  • Find your match – browse the current openings and where you think you would best fit in.

  • Apply online – applying from your computer usually takes about 10 minutes.

  • Phone interview – If we think you are a match for us, we will reach out and coordinate a meeting.

  • Assessment – an assessment link will be sent to you to be completed prior to a second interview.

  • References – we will contact business references after your phone interview.

  • In-Depth Interviews – the hiring manager with schedule the next round of interviews with you.

  • Decision – we will carefully consider your skills, experience and education to determine a final decision.

  • Welcome – are you ready to join our team? You say “yes” to the offer and wait for background and drug screen instructions.

How do I know if Catalyst Health Network has received my application?

If you have applied for a job via our Job Openings section, you will receive an automated e-mail response confirming receipt of your application.

Can I edit my contact information, email address, resume or employment preferences? 

An applicant cannot change their contact information once application has been submitted. They can contact HR@stratifihealth.com with any changes in phone numbers or email addresses or resume updates.

Can I apply to more than one position?

Yes, but please remember to apply only for positions that fit your experience level. We will disregard resumes when candidates do not meet the qualification requirements listed on the job description.

I submitted my application. Why haven't I been contacted for an interview?

The HR Team will be notified that you have applied. If your experience and qualifications are a good match for the position, you may be contacted by a Catalyst Health Network representative. Note that our goal is to keep valued candidates like you informed of your status throughout the recruitment process. However, due to the large volume of applications we receive, we are unable to personally respond to each one every time.

Does Catalyst Health Network offer relocation?

We focus on utilizing local talent for our open positions. We recommend for applicants to apply for positions that best fit their qualifications that are in their geographical preference.

Does Catalyst Health Network utilize talent search firms?

Catalyst Health Network has an internal recruiting team and we use a variety of sources to find suitable candidates ourselves. Unsolicited applicants submitted on behalf of a talent search firm will not be considered for employment.

How do I know I am communicating with Catalyst Health Network and not being targeted by an employment scam?
