Jeffrey Bullard, M.D. is Chief Medical Officer, Executive Director and a member of the Board of Governors for Catalyst Health Network. An award-winning physician with 20+ years of experience, Dr. Bullard founded MaxHealth Medical Associates in 1998. Dr. Bullard is recognized nationally as a leading innovator in medical scheduling, pioneering the ‘open access’ model of care in his practices.

As Chief Medical Officer and Executive Director of Catalyst Health Network, Dr. Bullard has been instrumental in helping the physician network utilize cutting edge technology and services to improve medical care. During his leadership tenure amid the coronavirus pandemic, Dr. Bullard oversaw the network’s transition to telehealth from 10% to 99% utilization rate among physicians.

In 2013, Dr. Bullard founded Vault, a behavioral assessment, tracking and patient engagement tool. In 2011, Dr. Bullard automated questionnaires at Acuity Brain Center, his brain health treatment center, and cofounded AssessMD, a cloud-based mental health evaluation tool.

Dr. Bullard has also served as CMO for the national weight loss franchise, Thinique Medical Weight Loss. In addition to serving President and as a member of the Medical Advisors Board for the Academy of Allergy and Asthma in Primary Care, Dr. Bullard is a member of the Texas Medical Association’s Committee on Primary Care, the Texas Medical Association’s Telemedicine Task Force and the Texas Academy of Family Physician’s Behavioral Health Task Force.
