Why is Thrive Pharmacy Solutions Changing their name to Catalyst Health Rx?

We are changing our name to better align with your physician’s care support team. Catalyst Health Network is an industry leader in patient care delivery and quality outcomes, and their purpose of “Reviving the Heart of Healthcare” aligns with our purpose. This transition allows us to better serve all of our patients.

How will I get ahold of my pharmacy team?

You will still have the same dedicated pharmacist and pharmacy team. Our phone number and address will remain the same (214-291-5087) and 9990 Dallas Pkwy Ste 115, Frisco, TX 75033. Our new website is www.catalysthealthrx.com and our new app for ordering refills is available on the website. Our email address will now appear as catalysthealthnetwork.com. However, all emails sent to your pharmacy team at thrivepharmacysolutions.com will be received and routed to the new pharmacy email. For example, Akuo@thrivepharmacysolutions.com will now go to Akuo@catalysthealthnetwork.com.

Will my prescription packaging look different?

Yes. Starting January 8, 2020 all new prescriptions will be filled, processed, and delivered with our new Catalyst Health Rx packaging. We feel confident you will enjoy the new and improved look.

Does my doctor know the pharmacy is changing?

Yes. Our team has worked closely with your physician’s office and they are aware and excited about the name change. Education and awareness with your physician is a priority for us.
